- We operate across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. We handle both domestic and cross-border routes.
- Do you handle customs clearance?
- Yes. We support customs and documentation for cross-border shipments so your cargo moves smoothly across borders.
- How is my cargo tracked?
- We use real-time GPS tracking. Once your shipment is on the way, we can provide updates by phone or email. Ask our team for tracking details when you book.
- Is the quote free?
- Yes. Requesting a quote is free and there is no obligation. We only charge when you confirm a booking.
- How quickly can you collect?
- It depends on the route and your preferred date. Tell us your timeline in the quote form or when you call; we'll confirm the soonest possible pickup.
